What we expect:

	Attend an IGSHPA installer certification course within one year of becoming a dealer
	Heat load analysis using ACCA Manual J (residential) or N (commercial) methodology or equivalent - we take your loads and turn around one or more loop options according to your project schedule with projected operating cost
	Competent duct design for forced air systems as per ACCA/ASHRAE standards
	Reasonable effort to advertise - cooperative support available from our product suppliers
	Understanding of refrigeration systems
	Make as strong an effort to move our product as you would conventional HVAC/hydronic systems, explaining to your clients the immediate and long term advantages of investing in a ground sourced conditioning system
